About me
Addressing the needs of our diverse learners. During a Network walk through we identified that our diverse leaners were not receiving the necessary accommodations to be successful in the general education setting. As a result our special education team refocused and began to write student IEP’s that had accommodations that were individualized and designed to support students in the general education setting. The administrative team along with the special education department conducted classroom observation to ensure students are receiving the appropriate classroom accommodations. This shift lead our diverse learners to become more successful in the general education setting.
