About me
At Colemon, our success story is the teacher-teacher collaboration. Based on the My Voice My School data, the teacher collaboration received a low rating (red) for 2 consecutive years. Currently, the rating has improved significantly (green). Currently, the teachers have informal (during lunch and preps) and formal (weekly common planning meeting) discussions around student work and student achievement. Staff members also have "tough but real" discussions with each other. Finally, staff plan quarterly staff outings and the rule they established is that they must talk about topics that don't relate to work.
